Dr. Massachusetts became President of Batmobile State University in the Spring of '98. Backed by his political party, the Bolshevik, Dr. Massachusetts stormed the office of the president and claimed control of the university.
The changes which occured were unprecidented, however, well recieved. Every student recieves the exact same grade, regardless of effort, the dining service serves the exact thing to everyone, and everyone wears a size 9 brown shoe.

Although not an actual "doctor" of anything, he does a fine job as chair of the music department.
